http://www.dailymail.co.uk/…/Put-baby-corner-Farage-tells-m… Here's the thing. I am supportive of breast feeding mothers. Some mothers are shy about it and go somewhere more private, but sometimes when you are out and you maybe have ran out of bottle, you have to use the source tap to get baby fed to stop them crying. Women shouldn't be judged or penalized by anyone for having to use their mammary glands for their essential function; when they are so publicly glorified in shop windows on the likes of Ann Summers and Victoria Secret and Page 3 etc. I am however against women who in a public place whip a boob out as casual as anything and let it hang exposed for all to see for a while, as she sorts baby out and faffs around for a bit before getting down to business. Not speaking from experience or anything, but I do believe in a certain amount of discretion and that's not me being rude or discriminatory or anything. I think it's fair to say that it is only decent to respect those who are eating around you that a boob might not be what they're expecting to look at as they eat their Ulster Fry. However in the case that this clampet is talking about here. I honestly would never have even noticed the woman (called Lou Burns) breast feeding in the first place from the looks of these photos, she's well covered and she is being discrete in public; yet this is still considered a "controversial topic" by the media and the public eye. Wise up people! You were probably breast fed yourself. It is a perfectly natural source of nutrition that a mother's body works on for nine months while baby is developing in the womb. It is tailored with nutrients and vitamins that are suited to the requirements of the baby. Do not penalize a woman for breast feeding her baby in public if she is being discrete. It is not acceptable to ask a mother to sit in the corner and do her thing making her feel unnatural, or ask her to step into a public toilet to feed her baby. Would you eat your dinner in the bathroom? No I didn't think so. Why? Because it's unhygienic! So why should a mother be expected to go into a public toilet to feed her baby? And as an actual fact, it is difficult to keep a baby covered whilst feeding, the reason being, babies wriggle and move about and said "napkin" will fall off exposing everything again so it becomes more of a hassle and task as opposed to just being discrete and not drawing attention to yourself. There are breast feeding covers that you can buy, which allows you to maintain your dignity whilst feeding out in public. But I don't see any harm in a woman breast feeding in the way that Lou Burns did in these photos.
