I love this girl she is very inspiring and easy to listen to and makes her instructions easy to understand, especially for beginners.
I recommend you try it even if you aren't particularly stressed, and keep practicing this sequence as it allows you to find yourself in that quiet place, allowing you to refocus your thoughts and prioritise daily life better.
In other news, do you like my new layout? I have been contemplating getting a different design for a while now. It's not as exciting as the previous one, but I kinda like the plain look at the moment.
I'm off on holidays to Spain tomorrow, so won't be posting anything for a week. But once I come back I'll upload some pics of my adventures.
