This week is gonna be a busy one for me. So in preparation for it, it will mostly be yoga workouts that incorporate cardio and toning muscles.
Good luck :)
In the mean time, I am also going to do this video too :)
I love this girl! Her voice is so soothing and she explains all terminology in yoga so simply!
This was the first Sarah Beth Yoga video I ever completed, I find it so relaxing and perfect before bed when I'm having a hard time nodding off, or feeling very stressed etc. I normally love the half lotus position, as my hips would be tight. Practicing yoga helped me to become a bit more flexible. But since I have been focusing more on cardiovascular and muscle toning workouts I've become tight all over again. So I'm trying to not only do my weekly schedule of workouts but as well do some yoga on top of it, at least every other day to help myself to detox and become more flexible and at ease.
In other news, doing well with the surprise circuits! I highly doubt that after this week I will do all 6 days every week. It will realistically be more like 3-4 workouts a week, with working shifts etc.
But at least I will have it planned and have options. As of next week I will probably lay them out in a table format and include the duration of the whole workout so as people (should they decide to join me on this) know how long each one will be before selecting it. And if they have a busy day they can choose a shorter duration workout etc.
Also been looking at the stats for this blog and found out that I'm getting about 40 views a day! Which is fantastic! Because I honestly thought it was just me on here! Hahaha! and no I am not just constantly hitting the refresh button hahaha!
For the summer I'm trying to get into the way of doing Zumba again.
I have it on xbox kinnect which is awesome.
So I'm doing my cardio one day, then yoga and muscle toning on alternative days. To try and burn off a little fat and build up the muscle.
Also trying to eat healthier (again lol) so I've started cooking things that I see on pinterest, and I have to say they are delicious:) Go follow me on Pinterest to see what I'm pinning and what I love at the moment.
When I'm feeling a bit more adventurous and active I try and throw in another work out from my July 2014 pinboard.
I'm feeling a lot more awake and rejuvinated, ready for the summer heat wave that we have in the UK at the moment :)
Today I completed this work out from POPsugar fitness, at first I was like "meh" then I felt the burn and I was sweating like crazy haha! Try it, it's 10 minutes of your day, and works your abs.
I am a 25 year old nurse, who is trying to find herself. This blog will contain epiphanies I have, my yoga progress and other such things. Enjoy. :)
