Has anyone who works in labour or physically demanding jobs ever noticed how when your working with heavy items/people your back can maybe twinge but in general be ok. But when you do things outside of work like gardening, or just bending over to pick something up. That’s the moment your back gives? I hate this! My back sometimes hurts at the end of a 13 hour shift in hospital. But over the summer I hurt my lower back when go-karting (and crashed lol!) The pain didn’t really improve until 3 months later. I was on strong medications for it, did Yoga and Pilates and it seemed to ease the pain (more of a dull ache tbh). I don’t take the medication any more unless it is playing up again and I haven’t done Yoga for a while and am a bit stiff.
I have found this e-book called “The Low Back Pain Program” that promises to help ease chronic back pain. It’s $6.97 (USD) / £6.39 (GBP) (which is pretty darn good for a book about health!!) AND it contains well illustrated diagrams and instruction. (I love me some picture books LOL!) #dyslexia Don’t be expecting to see miracles over night though, takes time and effort on your part. Weak and strained muscles take time to heal. You can get it from here if you are interested in this, or know someone who could benefit from it! http://lowback.reflink.com/a18112
