These are my favourite snacks at the moment. I made a batch of these and dad and I scoffed them all before I remembered to take a photo to show on here but sure. You will need: 1 sweet potato 1 or 2 carrots Vanilla Olive oil Pepper Salt Prepartion First of all, I cleaned and peeled the carrots and sweet potato. Then chopped them into chip shapes careful not to take my fingers off, cause I'll need those. Then I boiled them for about ten minutes and poke them with a skewer to make sure they're soft. Drain the water out, line the oven tray with olive oil and dump the carrots and sweet potato onto the tray. I added a bit of pepper and a dash of salt for flavour and to be a bit different I spread a touch of vanilla over them because, well because I can haha! Into the oven at 150-180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, keep checking on them to make sure they're right for you. I like some of them to be soft with a bit of crunch and some of them I like crunchy. Take out of the oven and serve :) should serve two people as a snack. Or just eat them all yourself that's ok too. Try it out, they're healthy and tasty. Kids would love them too Bon appetite
