Alright is yesterday I thought I'd be adventurous and make rice crispy buns with marshmallows and white chocolate and realised that they are the same as "squares" bars. And they're delicious. Here is what I used:- 20ml milk 2 bars of tesco white chocolate Rice crispies Handful of Marshmallows *note to self* don't microwave marshmallows for more than 30 seconds they will burn the bowl *note to self 2* don't put plastic bowl over boiling water in a pot, it will melt. Hahahaha Moving on lol. Add one bar of chocolate first then when that is melted add the second bar of chocolate I melted the white chocolate and marshmallows. Patience as this can take time Use a ceramic bowl to melt these over boiling water on the cooker. Next we add the rice crispies now I added the rice crispies without measuring or anything, winging it Jamie Oliver style lol. I just added rice crispies and stirred them then added some more to see how much I got squeeze in. Next lay out the wee bun cases and spoon the mixture into the bun cases and set them in the fridge to set. I promise I made 11, I didn't eat the 12th! Hahaha Bon appetite
