I find it so hard at the moment to get motivation to keep fit. I love to work out. I love the burn and the sore muscles the next day. But it's taking the first step that is so difficult! So I'm trying out the "6 minute series" By Casey Ho - Blogilates :) Doesn't sound like a lot of time to feel the benefits of exercise but this is actually a difficult series! You do say about 3 or 4 types of moves but on repeat, over and over and over and over again! It. Kills. Lol! I'm doing these on my days off at the moment, and trying to do them every other day! So I exercise one day, feel the burn the next day then the following day exercise again :D I think it's a good system to have. Besides, who doesn't have 6 minutes in a day, right? Gonna start doing before and after pictures. :D So once I complete one more work out in two days time then I will put up my "after one week" photo :D
