There is so much going on in my life right now that's pretty cool! My new job is going well! I'm still a newbie and have a lot to learn but I'm trying to embrace it best I can :D I'm also getting some good feedback with Younique, it's teaching me how to be more of a leader and learning more about business, makeup and attraction marketing :) I think it's good for me cause it gives me a hobby outside of nursing too! :D The thing with network marketing is, it's not a "get rich quick" scheme and anyone who tells you otherwise is either very business minded and knows all the tricks in the book and are very lucky... or they're a liar. It takes time to build a business. My business is growing slowly but surely. But I have a lot in the pipeline. I've been reading and watching youtube videos about personal development and how to improve yourself as well as your business (which is two birds one stone for my nursing career too!) I've been trying to improve my profiles on Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram and I'm actually doing quite well. I'm reaching out to beauty bloggers and it's actually gotten me some cool things to look forward to. Having a new job as a nurse and doing Younique is forcing me to be more organised. Both are helping me to earn more money which is giving me more to think about in relation to saving money and what I can actually save for :D I've rearranged my room, (my desk is next on my agenda, I want to bin the desk entirely and that way I'll have more space to put new things in my room!) I'm gonna start like a goal diary. Gonna get a new diary tomorrow in town and refer to my old faithful friend Pinterest to organise my business alongside my work life, jot down goals and an action plan to achieve these goals :) Here are some of my goals for nursing: 1) To learn more about the different types of medications used in cardiac arrests 2) To make the most of training and resources that I have available 3) Watch Youtube videos on topics that I don't understand and refer to emergency nursing books I have 4) Always ask questions 5) Be assertive and confident in the way I speak 6) Evidence Based Learning :) Here are some of my goals for Younique: 1) To get another promotion with Younique 2) To recruit two new people 3) To remind myself every day that I am and can be a leader 4) To aspire confidence in people 4) To improve my sales 5) To talk to people about Younique more 6) To always have business cards on me and leave them in various public places that people can find them I'm excited for the future! Also boyfriend's mum and I were chatting earlier and we're thinking of having a girly weekend with some friends away to England this year so that'll be something great to save for! I'm also saving for a new car, a possible holiday over the summer, and starting to save for a new house someday or "rainy day fund" And possibly sell my little rattler of a granny car hehehe!
